Shipping policy

UPS & USPS shipping options are available for all orders. Shipping is only for orders within the United States. Items will be processed, packaged and sent out to UPS/USPS within 2-4 business days (this is separate from/in addition to the shipping time quoted by UPS). GrowingOak offers free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

Once orders are processed and shipped out, GrowingOak is no longer responsible for the order. All shipping questions and concerns can be discussed with the shipping service carrier. Contact information for UPS 1-800-742-5877 or USPS 1-800-275-8777.

Potential situations that could occur that GrowingOak is not responsible for once the item is processed and shipped are:

Incorrect mailing address given. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address that they want their orders to be delivered to.

Lost or damaged packages in the mail carriers possession.

Mailing delays through carrier shipping. 

 

All items purchased through GrowingOak will come with a tracking number after purchase. Once the tracking number is received by the customer, the order is no longer in possession of GrowingOak and we can not be held responsible. All questions and concerns can be addressed with the postal services using the provided tracking number.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Local delivery is offered in the Richland County area within a 20 mile radius of GrowingOak Boutique's mailing location. At checkout, once an address is input if the address qualifies the Local Delivery option will pop up as a delivery method. Delivery is done every Saturday/Sunday and all orders placed by Friday night at midnight will be included in the upcoming Saturday/Sunday delivery route- anything after will be put into the following week's delivery route.
